The gavets.org mission is to serve as a trusted, comprehensive resource hub for veterans, their spouses, and dependents across the state of Georgia. The site is dedicated to supporting their successful transition to civilian life by connecting them with opportunities in post-secondary education, workforce development, and meaningful careers. In partnership with state agencies and community organizations, the site seeks to provide access to vital life services—including healthcare, housing, legal assistance, and other vital services—ensuring that every Georgia veteran and their family has the tools and resources they need to thrive in all aspects of life.
